Bed frame (box-spring), desk, desk chair, wardrobe and curtain rails. You only bring your own mattress — and your posters, obviously.
The waste container is collected weekly. There's a rotation schedule for putting the containers out — all in this together.
The kitchen, garden, bicycle storage and waste area are shared with your housemates. Everything is cleaned weekly — you keep it tidy in between.
